All residents of the Parish are welcome to attend the meetings. There is a short time allocated at the start of each meeting for public participation when anyone is allowed to speak and address the members of the Council. |

| Council meetings are held on the third Wednesday in each month, with the exception of August and December. |

Planning meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday in each month, except August and December when meetings are held on the first Wednesday only |
