ECCLESHALL TOWN DESIGN STATEMENT

ARE YOU THINKING OF BUILDING IN ECCLESHALL OR PLANNING ANY ALTERATIONS / EXTENSIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY?

If so please consult the Town Design Statement before planning the details of your proposal. The statement gives a detailed analysis of the town and its environs and aims to provide guidance about design principles to follow in the preparation of planning applications. A key feature of the statement is that the community has been involved with its production. It is hoped to reduce the number of unsympathetic developments by making it easier for the planning authority to seek improvements that are in line with the desires of local people.
